Bloomay s.a.r.l. ("Bloomay", "we") runs this website. This page explains what we collect through it and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, company, work email, phone number if you add it, and your project details. If you subscribe to our email, we receive your email address.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, or to send the monthly email you asked for. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for anything else.

Client data in our AI services

When we build AI systems for clients, client data is stored in the cloud region the client chooses. We sign a data processing agreement, encrypt data at rest and in transit, log access, and never use client data to train public models.

Cookies and tracking

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, your approximate location, and clicks on our phone, email and booking links. It also records that a form was sent, but not what you typed.

Google Analytics only loads if you accept it, and the site works the same if you decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Google processes this data for us as a service provider, and it may be handled outside your country. Without your consent, this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading them sends nothing to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows. You can leave the monthly email at any time.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to info@bloomay.com and we will reply within one working day.
