Which AI models do you use?
We pick what suits the task, your data rules and your running costs. We avoid tying your product to one provider where we can. If a better model appears or your rules change, the feature can be moved without rebuilding your whole product around a new provider.
Is our data used to train public models?
No. We never use your data to train public models, and we design for the hosting region you choose. We also encrypt data in transit and at rest and sign a data processing agreement, so your legal and security teams can review how it works.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. Most of these projects are built with your team, inside your existing product. That way your developers understand exactly how the feature works and can maintain it themselves, instead of depending on us for every later change you need.
