Do we need clean data before we start?
No. Most clients do not have it. The audit shows which data is good enough today and what to fix first. Many quick wins need only your FAQs, policies and product catalogue, so imperfect data is rarely a reason to delay the audit itself.
What if the audit says we are not ready?
