Should we build native or cross-platform?
It depends on what the app does and who uses it. For most business apps cross-platform works well. For heavy graphics or deep hardware use, we recommend native. We explain the trade-offs in plain language, including what each option means for your budget and for the maintenance work that comes after launch.
Do you handle the app store submission?
Yes. We prepare the listing and manage the review process. The apps are published under your own developer accounts, so you stay in control. That way you stay in control of your apps and their reviews, and you can move them to another team in the future if you ever choose to.
Can you add an AI agent to our app?
Yes. The same agent that runs on your website can work inside your iOS and Android app. It shares one knowledge base with your other channels, so customers get the same answers in the app, on your website and in social messages.
