Web apps built around how your business runs.
A web application is custom software that runs in a browser, such as a customer portal, dashboard or internal tool. Bloomay designs and builds them for companies in Lebanon, the UAE and the Gulf, replacing manual work with a product shaped around how your business really runs.

Off-the-shelf software only goes so far.
Spreadsheets and bolted-together tools get a business a long way, until they start slowing it down. People retype the same data, nobody trusts the numbers, and customers feel the friction.
A custom web app fits the way you really work. The risk is building the wrong thing, so most of our process is designed to find that out early.

How do we deliver Web Applications?
- STEP 01DiscoveryWe sit with the people who will use the product, map how the work happens today, and agree what the first version must do.
- STEP 02DesignWe build clickable prototypes and test them with real users, because changing a screen in a prototype is far cheaper than changing it in code.
- STEP 03ArchitectureWe choose the technology and plan the data, security and integrations, with an eye on who will maintain it years from now.
- STEP 04Build in sprintsWe work in short cycles and show you working software at the end of each one. You see progress, and you can change direction.
- STEP 05TestCode is reviewed and tested as we go. Before launch we test the full product with real scenarios, on real devices.
- STEP 06Launch and supportWe release in stages, watch how it performs and fix what comes up. The team that built it stays on.

Straight answers.
Who owns the code?
You do. It is your product, and you get full access to the code and documentation. That means you are never tied to us, and any competent team could pick up the product and continue working on it if you ever needed them to.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Most projects connect to tools such as a CRM, ERP or payment provider. We check what is possible during discovery. If a key system has no usable connection, we tell you early and plan an alternative, so it never becomes an expensive surprise halfway through the build.
Can you take over an app someone else built?
Yes. We start with a technical review, so you know what you have before we change anything. The review covers code quality, security and hosting, and you get a plain summary of what is sound, what is risky and what we would change first.
